A Wedding at Pleasant Springs

Design for a perfect wedding - Acres of Maryland countryside, sloping in a green, natural amphitheater to a pond backed by tall trees. Facing the pond are white chairs. Perhaps there is a white arch. A single violin plays Lohengrin. Everyone rises and turns around as the bride in her white dress walks with her attendants through the grassy field to meet her bridegroom.

Are you this bride?

We ask that you do not use paper confetti. We are environmentalists and request that guests do nothing to harm wildlife, including fish. All trash must be placed in plastic bags, and arrangements made for its removal.

My husband and I will try our hardest to make your wedding perfectly beautiful and exactly what you want it to be. We are here to help if requested, but will not disturb your privacy.

Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Is this your wedding?

Perhaps tables and chairs are set up and food is served. Or maybe everyone leaves for a reception elsewhere.

Later the bride and groom return to an 18th century cottage restored to AIA award-winning comfort. Completely private, peaceful and quiet, the log cabin creates an ambience of blissful companionship. The fireplace is laid and the groom strikes the match. They drink a toast to a lifetime of days as perfect as this one.

In the morning, a celebratory breakfast is
served in the adjoining room at the
hour previously set by the bride.

A beautiful start for
a perfect marriage.
