Rates: All rates are double occupancy, with queen-size bed.

$195 per night (plus tax)

Payment - Personal or traveler's check or cash. No credit cards.
Additional Guests, $35 each, maximum 3.
Maximum occupants per night five people.
Deposit - $25.00.

Luncheon: $35 plus tax per person.

English High Tea: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays:
$35 plus tax per person. Reservations only. - 4 to 16 guests.

Small Weddings and Elopements: $2500. Includes 2 nights of B&B with full breakfast, 20 white folding chairs set up at outdoor ceremony site; parking for 10 vehicles; fresh flowers for the table; wedding cake. Please click here to get started.

Deposit required with all reservations, personal checks only. Your reservation is complete when your deposit is received. If deposit has not arrived within two weeks of your request, the reservation is invalid.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancellation notice received 30 days in advance. If guest must cancel within 30 days, every effort will be made to rent the cottage, but if the effort is unsuccessful, deposit will not be returned.

No pets.

Smoke free environment.

Check-in after 2pm; checkout noon.

MARC trains met on request.

From Washington DC: 495 to I-270 towards Frederick. Exit 10, Rt. 117 (Clopper Road).
Continue on Rt. 117, which becomes Barnesville Road at Boyds.
There is a stop sign at the railroad underpass, and an immediate right and then left turn.
Continue straight ahead on Rt. 117 (Barnesville Road).
At the next stop sign leave Rt. 117, which goes off to the left, and continue straight ahead on Barnesville Road to Pleasant Springs Farm (16112) on your left.
NOTE: Be sure to go straight ahead on Barnesville Road - not Route 117.

From the North: I-270 South towards Washington DC. Exit 22, "Poolesville, Barnesville, Sugarloaf Mtn." End of ramp, turn LEFT. Continue to Barnesville Road, about 5 miles. Left on Barnesville to 16112 Barnesville Road on the right, crossing one 4-way intersection.
