Reservations always required.
Minimum stay weekends and holidays is two nights.
Rates: All rates are double occupancy, with queen-size bed.
April 1 through November 15, 2008
$175 per night

Payment - Personal or traveler's check or cash. No credit cards.
3 to 5 additional guests - $35 each.
Maximum occupants per night five people.
Deposit - $25.00.

Luncheons and Teas: $25 each. Groups of 8 to 20. Reservations
Deposit required with all reservations, personal checks only. Your reservation is complete when your deposit is received. If deposit has not arrived within two weeks of your request, the reservation is invalid.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancellation notice received 30 days in advance. If guest must cancel within 30 days, every effort will be made to rent the cottage, but if the effort is unsuccessful, deposit will not be returned.
